How do I cancel FamilyWhere?

To cancel, you may use any of the following options:

  • From your computer, log into your account at my.t-mobile.com and navigate to FamilyWhere. Once in the FamilyWhere application, go to settings and click on the unsubscribe link.
  • You may also call T-Mobile customer support by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone or call 1-877-453-1304
