Please be sure to update your T-Mobile FamilyWhere app to the latest version (10.0.6.9)

My family member is receiving notifications every time I locate them.

For security reasons, family members are regularly reminded that they can be located. However, a user can choose to have notifications sent approximately once per month instead of on every locate.

To change a family member's notification options:

  1. Log in to FamilyWhere.
  2. Click the Account link in the upper left corner of the screen.
  3. Click Family Member Notifications.
  4. On the Family Member Notifications page, select either Every Locate or Occasionally depending on preference.
  5. Click Save.
